First off…  A huge thank you to all serving and to everyone that has served, so that we can enjoy our freedom today.  And remember the ones who gave everything. 🇺🇸  The big boys decided to show tonight and put a hurting on some of our Anglers. 5 Fish from 110-205 pounds were landed out of around 20 hookups for the night. Now we are gonna spend some time trying to catch something a bit more user friendly. Mike has the current fish report for you.

Sometimes you have to just stop and smell the Rojos during the mid day lull we’ve seen over the last couple weeks. 15 Bluefin, limits of big Reds and some other delicious fishes to go with it. The Tribute with 30 anglers on a 1.5-Day caught 60 red snapper, 45 rockfish, and 15 bluefin tuna.

Mike checked in from the Tribute out of San Diego. We ran hard to get to the area before dark and made it by 0300. 15 Bluefin in the dark to 65 pounds and a couple daytime fishes. Great sign once again throughout the daylight hours, but we are once again just waiting for the sun to go down for a real shot.

Our reverse 1.5 day trips starting tomorrow will directly change this with the ability to fish all night and avoid these pesky stuck up daytime fishes.

We will be changing the majority of our trips over starting next week to the highly requested Reverse 1.5 day trips. With the ability to fish the afternoon, full night and part of the next day in most cases and the ability to keep 2 days worth of fish… it’s a win win. 11:00 departure time and the same price as our standard 1.5 days. Knocked out limits of bluefin and decided to go on the search for yellowfin being seen around. So made a little bit of a move down to the south and ended up picking up 15 yellowfin here throughout the day. Really nice great 20 to 40, maybe even 45 pound fish. Really nice grade of yellowfin. Some on dolphin, some on bird schools. So hopefully a sign of things to come. 30, so bonito to go with it for our 20 anglers. So yeah, nice light group. Next chance to get out with us is Monday night. There's plenty of room available. So really like seeing this yellowfin move in. A bit caught here the last couple of days, so hopefully more to come.

Mike checked in from the Tribute out of San Diego. Several hours of the day yesterday was getting stuck on bigger Bluefin on 30 and 40 pound test and losing a lot of the battles. Funny that when you want to get on the smaller fish, the big ones decide to bite.

Mike checked in from the Tribute out of San Diego.  It's pretty darn good fishing here once again this morning. Obviously, everybody in the internet world knows about our albacore this morning. We got a nice 30-pound albacore, actually the first fish on the boat. Since then, we've been plunking away on pretty nice bluefin. We're up to 24 bluefin here for 18 anglers. A lot of fish in the 50, even like right at the 60-pound range, pretty darn good stuff here for the last few hours. We'll check back with you guys later.  

We are sold out for tomorrow night. We do have spots available throughout the week, if you'd like to come out and get in on some of this and hopefully see some more of these albacores.
